Our MKII handheld pneumatic button bit grinder, is configured for hand-held use by ergonomic placement of a very efficient throttle and support handle. Simplicity in design combined with our precision engineering techniques gives you a powerful tool for redressing top hammer drill heads easily on the field. The CMEC Grinding machine can be used with CMEC 8mm standard grinding cups, Sandvik (Sanbee & Sanroc), Teroc (type55) or Super (wing drive) and grinding pins for re-grinding top hammer drill bit, grinding carbide, button bit, DTH bit, tungsten carbide.
Our Air Grinders require a clean and dry air supply of a minimum 80 psi and 29 cfm passing through an in-line oiler to supply lubrication to the grinder. Also, a supply of water from a mains supply or a sump is required to act as a coolant during the grinding process. A full spares back-up service is also available.
